A West Alabama woman is missing and was last seen before dawn Friday morning in the Guin area, police said Monday.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency has now issued a Missing and Endangered Person Alert for 39-year-old Chastity Ann Terry.

Terry is a Hamilton, Alabama woman and ALEA said she may be living with a condition that could impair her judgment.

She is described as a white woman standing 5 foot, 6 inches tall and weighing about 160 pounds. She has blonde or strawberry-blonde hair and hazel eyes.

Terry was last seen on Friday, January 10th, around 1:30 in the morning in the area of exit 22 on I-22 in Guinabout 60 miles northwest of Tuscaloosa.

Anyone with any information regarding the whereabouts of Chastity Ann Terry is urged to call the Hamilton Police Department at 205-921-7424 or call 911.
