Project Encore: Stan Pate Demolishes Dollar Tree at McFarland Mall & Plans For Future

Developer Stan Pate and Councilman Cassius Lanier joined forces on Wednesday morning to demolish Dollar Tree at the old McFarland Mall property.

The demolition paves the way for Project Encore. A true facelift for District 7. Pate promises an exciting development for Tuscaloosa. He offered no specifics.

Pate gave away $100 gift cards to Dollar Tree’s new location across Skyland Blvd. The line formed early and was quite long.
